As your therapist, I hope to assist you in strengthening your relationship with yourself, gaining mental health skills and knowledge, and working towards a better tomorrow.

I primarily work through the Cognitive-Behavioral and Humanistic lenses; however, I understand that every individual is unique, so your treatment plan and methods should also be unique in order to best fit you! This may include pulling from approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more.
